Buyer questions

What is the price of a biscuit or rusk packaging machine?

The price depends on the model (ARCP-100, ARTP-110 or ARTP-120), manual or automatic infeed, and the film and pack format. Share your products, daily output and fuel or power supply on WhatsApp (alifovens.com/whatsapp) or at alif@alifovens.com and Alif Ovens sends a written quotation, usually within 24–48 business hours.

Which packaging machine do I need for rusk or toast?

Use the ARTP-110 to pack rusk or toast slices standing on edge, or the ARTP-120 for stacked slices. Both run at 25 to 60 packets per minute. For cookies, biscuits and buns, use the ARCP-100 at up to 250 packets per minute.

What packaging films are compatible?

BOPP, CPP, HDPE and foil laminate films, with servo-controlled film tracking for consistent sealing.

What is the HSN code for a bakery packaging machine?

Flow-wrap packing machines are generally classified under HS/HSN code 8422.40 (other packing or wrapping machinery). Confirm the final code with your customs broker.
