Buyer questions

What is the price of a cookie dropping machine?

The price depends mainly on the number of nozzles (4 to 12), which sets the tray width and output, plus options such as wire-cut and multi-layer depositing. Share your products, daily output and fuel or power supply on WhatsApp (alifovens.com/whatsapp) or at alif@alifovens.com and Alif Ovens sends a written quotation, usually within 24–48 business hours.

How many nozzles do I need?

Choose the nozzle count to fill your tray or oven belt width: 4 nozzles for 10" trays (40–50 kg/hour) up to 12 nozzles for 32" trays (340–350 kg/hour). Match it to your rotary rack oven tray size or tunnel oven belt width.

What cookie shapes and dies are available?

Alif offers 60 die designs in four families: wire-cut (AO-WC), stationary drop (AO-SD), rotary drop (AO-RD) and long drop / rotary long drop (AO-LD). Together they cover plain, rosette, multi-layer, conical and jam-centre cookies. Die references are shown in the catalogue.

Is a cookie dropping machine the same as a biscuit dropping machine?

Yes. Both names describe a depositor that extrudes soft dough through nozzles onto trays or an oven belt, forming cookies in consistent shapes and weights, including rosettes, multi-layer and jam-centre products.

What is the HSN code for a cookie dropping machine?

Cookie and biscuit forming machines are generally classified under HS/HSN code 8438.10 (bakery machinery). Confirm the final code with your customs broker.
